Rafael Haubert is a proactive, adaptable and conscientious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor with more than 15 years experience in the martial arts industry. Top competitor, and a two time World Champion and European Champion are some of the titles gained, 2º degree black belt under the legendary Zé Mario Sperry.

• Founder and Head Coach of the Emirates Jiujitsu Center with more than 60 athletes divided in 3 groups: Advance, Beginners and Kids
• Manage and supervision the subsidiaries in Dubai
• Responsible for Properly manage and maintain Gym operational budget, as well as Control payroll costs to fall within projected budget
• Answerable to provide and maintain the highest level of customer service in a high volume retail environment through personal actions and development of the staff
